DHS itinerary look ok?

We will have 1 day at DHS on 8/21 and are planning to use EE, LLS for Rise, and possibly LLM. We will be taking the bus from Shades of Green with the first bus available at 7:15 for the 8:30 Early Entry. I have gone back and forth with multiple possible itineraries and am to the point where I can't make sense of anything. Please help! The "kids" are 19, 17, and 16 and are interested in all rides and no shows. They will want to ride RnRC as many times as possible. DH will only ride TSM and MMRR (can't do motion or roller coasters). I will ride anything but have sun sensitivity so can't wait in full sun lines (I am prepared with a hat, SPF clothing, a neck fan, cooling towels, and water bottle). Here is my possible itinerary, but open to any and all suggestions. We haven't been do WDW in 7 years, so much has changed. Thank you!

EE: RnRC (2x) and then ToT
RD: MMRR and then TSM (only rides DH will do)
Millennium Falcon?
Eat? (1 vegan and 3 vegetarians in our group)
LLM: SDD/Star Tours/Alien Saucers
LLM: RnRC (hopefully book after SDD is used)

How would you tweak this? Does LLM make sense to purchase?

How long do you think this plan will take?
