DHS & DAK Parades Time Changes

I underestand that both the DHS and DAK parades were rescheduled to step off 15 minutes early today and that the DHS parade will also step off 15 minutes early tomorrow and Friday.

What would the reason be for the changes.Thanks.

Large crowds? Many people leave after the parade so maybe they want to get people out earlier.

That's what I was thinking-just wasn't sure 15 minutes would make much difference.
