Update! - Dh called Walmart to see if they could look up and see if we bought the warrenty. All they could do is give him a phone no# which he called and there are sending us the Restore Disks to try and run them, For $26.00!

But at least it is a start!

I just wanted to add, we had a friend look at our computer for us. He said that the problem is that some of the Windows Updates are not compatible with HPs. That is what happened to ours, the update was not compatible, he removed the update and all is well now.
