Dh wants to go to the States.What Now!

Is he sick.???? Dh just called and wants to go to Buffalo on Friday.He is allways saying nope, no money. Well I wish we could go, I need that time away from here. I just got the phone call this morning that my father isn't doind to good and to get things put together and ready. I was in on Monday and he was up walking and smiling at the nurses.
Our family is just thankful that we got to put together his surprize 80th in March.

Sending some your way. I don't know what city your Dad is in, but going to Buffalo from Paris isn't that far ... go and have a nice day with your DH.

Having gone through the "it could be today" scenario with several close family members, my only advice is to not put your life completely on hold. It will drive you crazy.

Hi again. thanks for all the support. My dad actually got a little better and he came home last night. The hospital needed over 35 beds for more serious patients in the emerg. For the states, I would of loved to go but gas is 1.20 here and DD15 had to be picked up from school to go babysit. We just shopped around Brantford for a few hours.
