DH just dropped a Bomb on me, I can not talk!

I knew that he has been wanting to get another boat, he always says a bigger boat! He is on his second new boat in 4 years! Just small fishing boats Carolina Sciff. He always joke about his yatch, etc. Well long and behold he has been looking into this!

A huge package came today for him, no big deal. He showed it to me tonight at dinner. Here is what DH wants to buy!

My hubby went through a phase like this... where he went to all kinds of dealerships and boat shows and wanted to buy a Carver that cost more than our house.

I used to suffer from boat "footitist". I finally kicked the habbit (sold the boat) and promptly took the money and bought into DVC ................. only to fall victim to "pointitist" there.

Looks very similar to ours. You have a good place nearby to dock it? We have to drive about 45 miles....that I dislike and it probably is one of the main reasons we don't use it more.

My DH grew up with a Hatteras that his family owned. Apparently this baby was huge, like over 50 foot! They got rid of the boat before I married him though... so I couldn't enjoy it.

So no, a boat like that is not impossible. I didnt' see cost though.
