DH 40th Bday Celebration

Hey!
My DH is turning 40 on the first day of our "couples" trip this Oct.
I can't make my rezzez until July 27th, BUT my plan is

Sunday (arrival)
Epcot F and W
Dinner @ Le Cellier
Illuminations Cruise (crossing fingers here)

But so far that is all I have planned.
I would love some fun ideas to make this a super special bday weekend.
Our four kids are so mad we are not taking them. (I only feel a tiny bit guilty)

What about a tour? I sent my father and brother in law on the Segway tour at FW and they absolutely loved it!

La Nouba is very nice also, especially if you have never seen Cirque before. I have been on Keys to the Kingdom TOur with DH and he loved it--still talks about it. Watching wishes from the Ca Grill is fun, too. Todd's favorite is Fulton's, though. We are going for my 41st this year.

I see you are going about the time we are.....my DH loves MNSSHP. We usually do the hard ticket events twice but this year can only go on Halloween Night. It is DH special wish on the trip--Halloween with Mickey. It is really fun...we do not have children and every adult we have ever gone with loves it. It is really better that MVMCP.
