I was surfing the web and found roundtrip flights from DFW to MCO as far out as June 2005 for 187.90(taxes included)PP with 1 stop in ATL in case anyone is interested. Is this a good buy? :magnify:

I just got my Dec trip tix, Delta Song RT non-stop for 230.00 ... I'll pay extra for non stop!

Went in Oct too, purchased tix in Aug 98.00 RT non stop !!!

Was hard to pay 230.00 after that deal in Oct ... but its still a good price for a trip between xmas and NY's !!

If you don't mind stopping in Atlanta then I think it is a good deal. One of the routes we looked at with American had us going to St. Louis then to Orlando. Hello? Did I say I wanted to go to Missouri first? Our $210 nonstop Dallas to Orlando in January was fine with me. We were trying to make it in to Orlando early enough to still be able to hit a park that same day - stopping in another city would have trashed that idea. I think your fare on Delta is a good deal. You aren't likely to find anything lower than that.

The other thing we thought about was flying into Tampa and driving over in a rental car. Not sure if the flights are any cheaper, and that is really only a good plan if you aren't pressed for time and you were going to rent a car anyway.

Thanks for you reply I never thought about flying into Tampa. I think I will check that airfare and rental since we did not plan on doing the parks on our first and last day. :cloud9:

Well I checked the airfare for DFW to Tampa and it is 268.20PP. I guess we won't be taking that route. Thanks for the idea!! :D
