Do they work on weekends or more importantly returns calls on weekends?
I am waiting to hear back from them to confirm date I requested and was wondering if I could expect a call on a weekend.

In the entire 14 months from when I first called to our wedding day, I got one email on a Saturday from my planner. And that was only because it was the Saturday before our wedding and there was a superstorm about to hit the area where we and our guests were from which was wreaking havoc on our final guest count.

The folks who actually do the room requests do not typically work on Saturdays. You'll probably hear on Monday. The waiting is the worst part!

I got an email back on a Sunday last week, which surprised me. But it wasn't a confirmation of my date, it was just from my sales coordinator telling me they received my information and would be sending my LOA within two weeks. From everything I have herd from others, an e-mail on the weekends is rare. I would figure you probably won't hear until Monday on whether or not your date is confirmed.
