DFTW Information packet

Hello all! I'm brand new to the boards and am very excited to be here! I was wondering if anyone could answer my question.
About a week and a half ago, I requested an information packet from the Disney Fairytale Weddings and Honeymoons website and have yet to receive it. How long does it usually take to get the information? Did it take anyone else a while? Thank you!

Thank you!! I'm on the website a lot, so hopefully I'll know everything the packet will tell me before it gets here. I'm sure with this forum I'll be well ahead of the game

The website has a lot of information, but I also found that if you called or sent in an email, someone will get back to you really quickly. Which I found to be a lot more helpful than the packet. In fact, when I finally received the packet I had already put in the request for the letter of agreement.
