We just got off the phone with a DVC CM and we asked her why things were taking so long to happen - such as we are still waiting to receive our confirmation email and phone call from the concierge people about our vacation in July.
She said that there is a seperate team that deals with trips booked with the incentive/developer points and that they got WAY out of control. This is the reason why they stopped offering them.
There were so overwhelmed and busy dealing with what they already have that they are way behind schedule. Hopefully, they will catch up and get things together before our trip! LOL
