Developer points ressie confirmation

We made a reservation using our developer points on November 7. At that time, the CM said that she couldn't give me a reservation number - that she had to send the information through to the "incentive team," and that they were the ones who would generate a reservation number and send me the confirmation. Well, that was three weeks ago. Should I be worried yet? I hesitate to call MS - because it seems like anything that has to do with developer points they are oblivious to.

I'm very new to all this but I made our ressies today with our developer points and they told me I should get an email in 10-15 days. I think I would call...........

I called MS back 2 weeks after making a reservation using developer points, and they were able to give me my reservation number.

For the pp who asked for a follow up: I just got off the phone with MS, who said my confirmation letter was mailed on the 23rd. And she was able to give me the confirmation number.

Mine showed up on the member site. Some do and some don't for some reason

Made our developer point reservations on 11/15 and we have not gotten our confirmation either. I thought of it today and was going to call them on Friday to check on it.

I have made four reservations using developer points and every time I was given a confirmation number at the time I called. Strange that they don't do anything with developer points the same way twice !
