Question reguarding developer points and regular points. We had a big cancelation last nov for medical reasons, and ended up w/ points in a holding account. We had some other developer points for another trip , which we recently canceled, so they are developer points that aren't in holding.
So, here is the question. Those developer points not in holding. Can I call MS and see if they will switch the reservation which was made w/in the 7 month window with regular 2007 points, and now use the developer points?
Or is it a matter of calling and starting the process all over and only can book what is open since developer points can't be wait listed?
It would be great if we could use the developer points, but i'm not all that hopeful.
