Thank you! Yeah Josh looked like Andrew Thank you! Yes we will be going to Disney in June for our family vacation/honeymoon. With the move and buying stuff for our new house we wouldn't be able to afford a honeymoon completely on our own so we are doing a family vacation with my mom and dad

Well Andrew and I have been planning on getting married for over a month now so I already have the church booked, the dress, our attendants, the reception booked and the bridal shower planned

Yeah with such short notice as soon as Andrew and I decided to get married Mom and I were off! It just took a while for the proposal because we both wanted it to be done in person

Um well since he is in the army and still has about three years left...I will be moving to Louisiana in April after I graduate.

So lovely of you to get married on your parent's anniversary.

And - Dawn - are you ready for this big move? It's so hard for me to imagine the two of you not living close by. Better start earning the frequent flyer miles!

We were very flattered that she wanted to get married on our anniversary. Their 1st anniversary will be on our 25th!

No I'm not ready. I must be honest and admit I've had a lot of tears at the thought of her moving across the country. I just remind myself that this isn't about me. As her mom, and best friend, her happiness means everything to me and Andrew makes her happier than I've ever seen her. So I can't help but be happy for her. It will be an adjustment but we'll find a way. Instead of 2 Disney trips a year we'll do one and go see them as our other. They'll come home every Christmas and during the summer and we'll skype daily. It won't be the same but it will become our new normal.

Congratulations Cat! I can't imagine planning a wedding in less than the year and a half I had to plan mine... it was WAY TOO hectic planning my cousin's in a year! Congratulations! Can't wait to see all the pictures... and of course we'll all already wondering if it'll be a Disney Wedding!

Thank you! It is just a small wedding so it isn't too hard to plan. It actually doesn't have much Disney in it The only Disney moment is I want "I see the light" from Rapunzel playing during the Unity Candle ceremony.

It will be a tough adjustment but knowing that I will be back home twice a year, having our Disney trip and having them visit us helps. Plus thank God for technology! Skyping and texting and calling will help too!

Idk how many plans will get posted on here more probably on Facebook but I will see what I can do!

Dawn, I can only imagine how hard it is for you to think of the adjustment! I already tear up thinking of Madison graduating and goign to college since I know she will be going away!

Louisiana is not too terrible of a place to move...it is close to New Orleans! Also Natchez, MS has some beautiful plantations to visit and it won't be too far either.

Thank you Senior year of highschool is so hard for moms! I cried so much that year! Her last "first day", last Homecoming, etc even though she was going to live at home and commute the thought of her growing up was so hard!

Right now we are so busy with vacation coming and the wedding that I am trying to stay in the present and not think about the move too much. I also feel like I have time to prepare so I'm making sure we make the most of our time so there are no regrets. All that said, I know that I will probably cry for weeks after she leaves

I am excited but nervous about the move. I am not looking forward to the humidity because my hair does work well under those conditions Plus the hurricane aspect is a bit intimidating too. It will also be completely different from Michigan so it will be an adjustment!

Hi All! So now that you've heard Caitlin's big news y'all know that things have been pretty crazy around here! I am so looking forward to getting away and having a week without the craziness! Dale and I have made a pack that for both of us our business stays home and we just have fun! And guess what? Our trip is just 2 weeks from today!!! Yep,14 days from today we'll be checking into the Yacht Club and going to MNSSHP that night But first we must try and finish this TR so back to February.....

After our 2nd safari we decided it was time to head out and go back to the hotel for a pool break. On our way we ran into the parade so we stopped to watch and of course take pictures!

Don't you just love that parade?! It really is one of my all-time favorite Disney parades. The music is so lively, the floats are so colorful and the characters have such cute outfits! Big


After the parade we grabbed a bus back to Pop where we took a bit of a pool break and did our airline check-in for the next day's departure.

Around 6:30 we headed to the Magic Kingdom for our last evening.

Once inside the MK we headed straight to the fairies Meet & Greet. We hadn't visited them in their new location so that was our goal for the evening. We figured anything else we did would just be the icing on the cake.

Our wait was rather long, 35 minutes, but they have tvs playing clips from the Tink movies so the wait didn't seem that long. Plus while we waited Caitlin found fast passes on the ground for Space Mountain. She asked around but no one claimed them so -SCORE- free fast passes!

Finally it was our turn to see the fairies....

After our visit with the fairies I was ready for dinner. What did I choose? Why a Mickey head pretzel with cheese and a Coke to wash it down. I don't have pics so you'll have to take my word but WOW was it good! I ate my pretzel on the ground in front of the castle as we waited for the Memories show to begin.

Photos do not do this show justice! It is so beautiful! I am disappointed it won't be running during our next visit!

After the Memories show it was time for Wishes!

Now I don't know about you but Wishes always chokes me up. Well as I watched I couldn't help but think of how blessed I was to have had so many Disney trips with Caitlin. I thought of her first visit at 2, pulling the sword out of stone at 5, PeterPan telling her she was "dangerously close to growing up" when she was 12.....and the tears started falling. By the end, I was bawling.

When Wishes ended I pulled myself together and we headed to Tomorrowland. We walked on Buzz twice! Then we hit Space Mountain where she used the FP she found. We ended our evening with a peaceful ride on the TTA. It was now time for the park to close and Caitlin was hungry so we stopped into the Main St Bakery so she could grab something to eat. I ended up being tempted by this....

While my health conscious daughter chose this

We ate our snacks and then headed back to Pop. We had to get to bed because the next day was LEAP YEAR DAY! Yep, we were there for "One More Disney Day"!

I agree about the Jammin Jungle Parade. It is so colorful and I love the song (even though it gets stuck in your head, haha!).

I just married my husband a week and a half ago and had a Disneymoon! It was the best day of my life and week of my life! Good luck planning..have fun with it!!
