....what's behind the wall?

Taken in 2013; at my age it's hard to remember yesterday! This was at the entrance area, exiting the park looking to the right toward monorail station; don't recall anything different there now...maybe just maintenance .

When did the fatal monorail accident happen? It may have had something to do with that.
