Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in October, 2008. I took it standing in front of The Crystal Palace. The "balloon" was reflecting in the water and made for a great shot! I took it with a point & shoot (Kodak Easyshare, 12mp with a 10x zoom).

I'm not really sure what it was. It really looked like it was floating, but lit from within and it stayed pretty stationary.
