We have not done this before.

Do you see the fireworks better than standing elsewhere?

We have dinner reservations at Tony's for 5:50pm. Would we make it for the show if you have to be there at 8 for a 9pm show?

Is it worth the $35.99/pp if we have just finished a dinner that includes a dessert?

I am all for trying everything once but if you try this don't eat at Tonys for dinner, maybe you could lunch instead/late lunch.
I also don't think it is worth $35.99 at all, we paid around 24 and that is the maximum I think I could pay.

sure it was fun and I liked doing it but I don't think I would do it again. But definitely if you go skip dinner and do lunch.

I absolutely love the view and buffet, and usually recommend it. But if you are planning on keeping the Tony's ADR, I would NOT recommend the Dessert Party.

If you want to do both, change your Tonys ADR to a late lunch around 2-3ish and that would work.

FYI - you have this posted in two areas, you may want to combine them so you don't miss some of the replies. I answered at both though.

I don't think its worth it if you eat dessert beforehand. We usually get a 4:30/5:00 reservation for dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe since we don't like their dessert choices and we're back at the MK in plenty of time to line up for the dessert party.

I think its totally worth it to try it once. You have a perfect view of the castle for the Magic, Memories, and You show and for the fireworks. A lot of people stand up, but you can still see depending on where you're sitting. We've done the party a few times now and we usually just scoot our chairs up and sit behind everyone standing. We can still see most of the show that way.
