Everyone here is overwhelming helpful. I love it!! THANKS! I have another question, though...

I've been reading the boards for several months and I've seen that for some of you who had a break between your reception and DP were allowed to tell your guests to meet at the International Gateway and pay an escort fee for your guests to be walked to your DP location.

Is there a limit on the number of guests they'll allow to do this? We want a break between ours but we'll have upwards of 100 guests. I wasn't sure if they only allow the Int'l Gateway and escort option to smaller parties. Please let me know if anyone with a larger guest list was either able to do it or got shot down.

I'd rather ask my wedding consultant knowing if someone was able to do this in case she initially says no. That way i can say, "Hang on a minute...someone already got a :thumbsup2 to do this." :rotfl:

THANKS!

I'm afraid I can't answer the numbers question, but I can tell you that there is no escort fee for being met at International Gateway. Escorts are included in the cost of the DP, whether they meet a bus backstage or a group at International Gateway. :thumbsup2

You are charged a "viewing" fee for those guests that have not used a ticket to enter the parks that day. I believe it is $12.50 per person. If you have guests that use a park ticket to get into Epcot that day you are not charged a viewing fee for them.

Yes, that's why I'm going to "push" for everyone to get a ticket at least for the day and say they should explore the parks while they're there. :rolleyes1 No one needs to know my sneakiness :cool2:

It'll be good too since I know a lot of our family members will be making it a vacation with their little ones.

Thanks for the info too!

We are being charged a viewing fee for everyone-including us(and obviously we have AP's)-and were told they would refund us for anyone that had a ticket

Oh wow. I wasn't aware that they charged a viewing fee for everyone up front then refunded. Thanks for the head's up.

Does anyone know if there's a limit to the number of guests in a wedding party to be able to have everyone meet at the Int'l Gateway? I'd definitely prefer this to extending the charter bus hours.
