dessert party - how long to snack?

For the MK dessert party, how long do they give you to snack for the "after fireworks party". We are going on NYE, so the fireworks are at 6:30 and we booked the after party, so it starts at 6:50. How long after 6:50 will they let us snack on desserts? also, it says a glass of wine or beer is included... is it really one glass? I thought before it was a buffet set up, so you could have a second glass? (I won't have a third since we will be riding rides after that!) Any other tips?

We hung out for at least an hour after fireworks when we did it earlier this year, but that wasn't NYE. I'm sure you can linger quite a while.

Drinks are unlimited, as is the food.

When we went, the fireworks were at 9 pm and the dessert party was shutting down at 10 pm, so if fireworks are over by 9:20, I’d say about 40 mins.
