I don't really want to rent a bus to transport our guests to the dessert party after our escape wedding if I don't need to. We have 12 guests coming and everyone is staying at the same resort. Does anyone know if you could just bring your dress into the park and change for the dessert party? I really want pictures in my dress with fireworks in the backround!!!! princess:

Depending on where your party is being held inside Epcot, you and your guests may be able to just meet an event guide at the International Gateway and walk in, and you can wear your dress. If your Wedding Coordinator tells you your site is too far from the International Gateway for you to walk in in your dress, then see if your guests can walk in from IG with an event guide while you and DH can take a cheap-o town car backstage.

Brilliant!!! You are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!:)

My guests will all have park tickets, so they will all be in transported from AKL where the reception dinner is to IG and enter on their own and we will meet them at the DP.
Eoghan and I will use the limo to transport us to the "Backstage Area" so that I can wear my dress and that way we don't have to spend any extra $ for a charter van/bus or anything...

It seems it's much easier if your guests have park tickets and can enter on their own from IG because if they don't have tickets they have to be escorted in and then you would need to hire another guide to escort you and your brand spanking new hubby from a "Backstage Area"....

The logistics for Escape brides who want to wear their dresses is a bit messy, but it can be worked out it seems...:goodvibes
