Dessert Party Decor

I am a S/D bride, but I want a dessert party at the GF. Can you decorate it yourself, or would I have to pay Disney to do it?
If I had them decorate would they be able to incorporate a certain element that I provide?

Disney has to do the decorating for all outdoor venues. If you tell them what you want, they can probably do it, though (for a price).
