I have reservations for the dessert party at the Adventureland Terrace. I have been told that sugar free desserts are available "on request". Bariatric surgery 9 yrs ago makes sugar free options necessary. Fruit may not be a good option for those who want sugar free (berries ARE low glycemic so many people can do those). I would speak with an agent at WDW dietary requests ; I plan to also call the day before to remind staff that I expect at least one sugar free option. When we did Pirates and Pals 1+ year ago they were able to offer a sugar free brownie that was actually good!!

They had a sugar free rasberry sorbet for mom at the Wishes dessert party in February. Good plan to call ahead because they had kind of forgotten about our request. Had the wrong date. But they were able to got the sorbet, that was very good.
There was also cheese, crackers, and fruit.
