we have a dinner reservation at WCC for our last night. I had heard such good things. Lately, I’ve seen several reviews that said they wouldn’t go back.

Should we keep our reservation? Or swap out for either the Star Wars or the Frozen dessert party? Of the dessert parties, my kids might prefer the Star Wars one (ages 15, 13, and 7(boy)) but I do like the idea of FEA ride being included. We will have already seen illuminations at that point though via a cruise. If we did Star Wars, we wouldn’t see that earlier in the week.

It really depends on what type of experience you are looking for. We love WCC, but definitely prefer the breakfast food over lunch and dinner (though breakfast is a little more subdued than dinner). I probably wouldn't do FEA if you are seeing Illuminations earlier in the week. We just did the Star Wars dessert party and it was a lot of fun. The desserts are unique, you get a gift (we got BB8 sippers) and the Stormtroopers who visited were funny. We also had a great view of the show though it is really loud from the party viewing area.

I voted for Star Wars, I missed it last trip because I had to leave and help my sister search for her lost wallet, but the rest of my family thought it was fantastic.

Have you been to WCC before ?

We recently did breakfast and dinner there. Really enjoyed breakfast. We were really looking forward to but unfortunately hated dinner -- we did not like the taste of any of the skillet meats, so just picked at them; horrible waste of $ and we won't be back for anything but breakfast.

YYMV and many people really enjoy WCC. Also, they do have an a la carte menu beyond the skillet.

No, we haven’t been there before.

If you will have already seen illuminations and your kids may mean towards Star Wars, I would pick that one. We loved the FEA dessert party (great snacks, cast members, view etc.) We haven’t done the Star Wars one yet but it sounds fun too!!

This is the experience we had at WCC as well. We went for breakfast and liked it so much, we tried lunch. We also did not like the lunch skillet meats. I also ordered something a la carte and it was kind of greasy. Breakfast is great though - love that skillet breakfast!
