Dessert only at BOG?

If I'm lucky enough to score a dinner reservation, can my daughter and I order dessert only?

How does lunch counter service work? Is there a server?

As far as the counter service goes, when you enter the restaurant, you go to the right and around to a group of touch screen terminals and cashiers. After you place your order, you take your rose, get your drinks and find a seat. A server will come to the table with your food. An ID in the rose tells them what where you are.

Do you have others in your party? If it is just you & your DD, you could go for lunch instead of dinner-- the desserts are the same. Only difference will be not seeing the Beast.
