Desrerate For A Birthday Envelope

I am hoping that one of you talented designers can help me. My god daughters birthday is coming up and she is Hannah Montana crazy. I bought her a gift card for her birthday to Disney. She is going in July. I am trying to make a gift envelope to put pretend Disney dollars in for her. Mom will have to hold the gift card because she may loose it. I want her to have something she can carry in her wallet until her trip. Her name is Kayla.
