We are going Oct 18 - Oct 24. We are booked at Universal Royal Pacific 20 & 21 because we do not want to go on a horror night and these are the only 2 days that week that they are not doing it. We will be in Disney 25- Nov 1. The breakfast at the Hotel with Despical Me is only on Sunday's 8-12. The Super Character Breakfast is in the park with lots of characters including Despicable me it is Thursday-Saturday 9-11. I called Universal to get the information. She said they are not usually booked up, but October is busy! mapmakerj...can you give us a report and pictures because I am really going to have to fool with our schedule to go back to Universal so that my granddaughter can go! TIA

The chAracter breakfast at universal studios was Awesome. You are allowed to pick a platter option from four choices which are brought to your table by a hostess and they will get your drink orders once seated. Them the characters come in usually one at a time to take photos. If u miss the characters they will come in a second time to allow you to eat and once you are finished they are more than willing to do photos. Well worth the money!

Thanks for the review. I am thinking that I will rearrange our schedule so we can go back to this. We are booked on Monday and Tuesday, but I will buy a 3 day pass so we can go back on Friday! Please keep the reviews and pictures coming! My granddaughter loves looking at them!! 6 months to go....it seems like it will never get here!!!

Sorry I wasn't able to give a review. My DS ended up in the hospital and we had to cancel our trip. DS is doing well now but we have to wait and reschedule for the fall.

We did this breakfast it was awesome. The characters came out in groups (maybe 3or 4?), once they made their rounds, they go and another group came out. They keep rotating. We saw each character at least twice. Its great because the place is so small. When we went we were told by our waitress no tips allowed, we tried to tip her. It was well worth the money because we then got tickets for prime seating for the parade, which we really didn't need.

We did this breakfast this past Sunday for my nephews 6th birthday. We had Gru and one minion and 2 Hop characters. It was a great interactive breakfast! Standard buffet however there is also an omelette station that will make anything fresh you like. One free mimosa per adult. Selections were very good and extensive.
