I am new to the board and have lost motivation about a year ago.Im not terribly overweight but I feel so sluggish and unhealthy.Ive taken on alot of sugar and fat food and I was never like that!
So glad to see you here! You are doing good things for you by getting your mind in the game of becoming healthier.
I'd definitely recommend keeping a list of everything you choose to put in your mouth. It is amazing how that helps to keep you true to yourself. (At least it sure helps me.)
Plan on being successful, start with goals you can be certain to achieve. It is easier when we feel good about the success.
