Desperate cry for prayer! (Update Page 24)

I'm sorry I haven't been able to update today. Today I've been on the move since about 7:00am but I've stopped in one place now and I'm going to pretty much be here all evening now I think.

We had search parties out all morning looking for John and/or his van and the whole family was concentrating on that today when a detective called to let us know they had determined that one of times John's card was used was by John himself. They compared his picture to the video and they said the camera also caught a bit of his van in the background. This, of course, is wonderful news.

We haven't determined yet why Johnny wasn't in the video at the gas station a couple of hours earlier or who used his card at that location but hopefully we'll get answers and find Johnny too soon. We're very, very hopeful that this will have a good ending.

I'd like to thank all of you for your prayers and support. And I would like you to please keep Johnny in your prayers.

Would there be a favorite place (maybe from childhood when things were safe & simple) that he might have gone too? A fishing hole. Campsite. Hiking trail. Beach. Mountain top.

Perhaps you could get someone to set up a web site for his disappearance and start the email forwards too? Everyone I know always forwards these and if you've got the website for a link, people can see that it's not one of those false email forwards too.

IMO, you need the public's attention and when you don't have the media, the Internet is the next best thing. I hope you're able to take advantage of it.

I can't begin to imagine what your family is going thru.
