Interesting. I can't imagine it ever happening of course but it's interesting to see how it might look.

Reminds me of a show I watched a few years back, about what the world would look like if people just vanished one day. It was interesting to see how long certain things would continue working without human intervention, and how catastrophic some of the final failures would be.

I remember seeing something on TV like that, based on a book The World Without Us, which explains what would happen to cities when we're gone. Nuclear power plants would all meltdown due to lack of maintenance, roads and bridges decay , house cats would become ruling predators (what?), all kinds of wild stuff.

I believe the one I watched was called Life After People. It did make you really think about the possibilities.
