Design request!

Hi everyone-
I just found out i will be going to Disney and attending the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party ON my 23rd birthday!
I dont think ill be wearing a costume, but i would love to have a tshirt made with some type of design. Id rather not wear a white shirt but maybe a blue or black shirt (if that makes a difference!)

I have no ideas so i would love to see whatever youcome up with! I do have a little tiara that says "happy birthday" that i may be wearing, but not sure
