Design questions/confused!

Hello! I've been lurking for quite a while and admiring everyone's designs particularly the T-shirt designs.

If I want to make a shirt, do I need to contact the designer to get permission? Also, what does everyone charge $$ to do a custom design and/or personalize and existing one? Thanks!

Their is no charge just PM the designer for any changes you might want. A couple of them are not around much if you post the design you want with the changes, maybe one of the designers might be able to change it for you or create something similar. You will only need to contact them if the size is not quite right.
