Hi,

We're planning our first trip to Disneyland with our 15 month old son. We're thinking of staying at the Desert Inn. Does anyone know if they have any rules against toddlers (in swim diapers) in the pool?

Also, on the Disneyland website, all the prices are for ages 3 and up. Does this mean under 3 is free?

Thanks!

Deva

yes, under 3 is free. Which you means you should go as many times as you can before your child turns 3. LOL Seriously, though, they are free. When you get a fast pass for everyone, for example on the Buzz Lightyear ride, you won't be able to get one for the little one without the ticket. But they will still be able to "tag-a-long" with you on your Fastpass ride. (providing they are meeting height requirements, of course)

Having stayed there many times, I can assure you they have NO rules about toddlers, much less anything else. They need some some of those teenagers can get pretty roudy.

All you have to do is alert security to their rowdy behavior, they will get involved, so will the Anaheim police if warrented.

Yes! This is the main reason why we're going to Disneyland this fall rather than next year...we're going before our younger child turns 3.

LOL. I feel that the more you go while they are free, the easier it is to pay the big bucks when they get older. :) We were ecstatic to pay for DS's AP since we had two free visits already. :)
