Hi!
Sorry
I have been a bad bride and no updates. Buttttt I have been reading/looking.
We have less than a month to go and I am in full bridal panic mode. I have to keep reminding myself not to spend 45 minutes of my life thinking and debating ribbon for favors, or the color wrapping paper for gifts lol
At any rate, I wanted to share with you the great wedding present Mike gave me
. Without further ado I introduce you to Mr. Winston!! He is a 1959 Austin Healey! Greatest present ever!!
Apparently Mike had hid him in our pole barn, which is just a fancy name for a very large shed. It was a great surprise. And to think, all I had for him was a book lol. The other guys at the party were like, thanks for upstaging us Mike.. lol
We have been having so much fun with him, driving him around town and into Pennsylvania- which has beautiful farm roads with lots of fall colors.
The week after we adopted Winston, I had my surprise bridal shower. It was a Mary Poppins theme party!! Wonderful time, beautiful gifts, but went by way too fast.
Ironically enough, I had secretly planned a MP tea party as well, for the day before the wedding. I had booked the patio at the GF, and had arranged for a traditional tea, complete with a visit from our leading lady. I went back and forth as to whether I would go forward with it, but I have decided that I am. I mean who doesnt want to have an actual tea party with Mary in the most magical place on Earth?!!
In wedding news I am wrapping up all the wedding gifts for family/bridal party. I may have gone a tad overboard, but I think the presents are special and really unique so I cant wait for them to open them! Its like Christmas
well its feels that way since literally every day, no exaggeration, I receive a package in the post. Mail lady thinks I am nuts, or a closet hoarder

ready
I went overboard lol- Who can resist with a site like Etsy, and a 5 year old girl who loves Disney? Well, certainly not this chickie.
I am sending her a gift in the mail about a week or so before the trip- well actually the package is from Minnie. I have a letter in their and all the goodies she needs to fly/get ready for her trip. I got her a Minnie t-shirt and bracelet and I had a small fabric back pack made with her name on it and filled it with Disney crafts- coloring books, puzzles, crayons, etc. Gotta love the Dollar Store.
Then, since we are doing welcome bags for the guests, I thought she should have her own welcome bag. The theme for the regular bags is Disney Halloween, since we are getting married the 21st. So I followed that theme for her bag.
1. Disney Halloween night gown
2. socks
3. bow
4.
.. movie dvd
5. t-shirt
6. Plush pumpkin shaped treat bag with her name on it
7. Mickey Frankenstein plush
Lastly, as a flower girl gift we got her her dress, FG hanger, shirt and I stumbled upon Disney pricness jewelry in JCPenney
. So I had to get it- its Cinderella earrings and a necklace.
Mike from Me:
1.Pixars art of animation book for Ratatouille- its our special movie
2.Secret/Surprse small wedding cake of Ratatouille
3.Our own Adventure Book from UP. I found it on Etsy and was able to personalize it. I will put some pictures of us in it and leave the rest blank for the journey ahead
queee gushy music
4.We are splitting up our trip between the GF and Poly- the latter part of the trip will be at the Poly and it will be just us. We are not going on a formal honeymoon probably till next spring/summer so I upgraded our room to a Club level for the 4 nights we are there!! So excited.
Ok
I think that is it
phewwww now that I type it out its a lot of stuff
but like I said destination wedding are hard on people and I am just so happy that all the important people in my life will all be there!
More updates soon, I have my dress, welcome bag, tux, etc. So stay tuned
