Deposits On Resales???

Just researching this -- GMAC requires a deposit of $100 after the offer is made and accepted by the Seller but pending Disney's ROFR -- does anyone know if TSS requires such a deposit -- same amount???

We purchased two resales from The Timeshare Store. Each time we were required to submit 20% of the agreed upon price as a deposit. We paid the remainder upon closing without financing.
