I have an appt. for tues morning. I had to cancel because my sitter fell through. I called today (friday) and the office was closed. I did not realize they were closed on Fridays. I left a message, but the office is closed monday (holiday) and they will not get the message until tues morning at 9:00when they open (and my appt. time).
Will they charge me? We are supposed to cancel 24 hrs in advance, which I did, but technically they will not get the message until tues morning.
