deluxe room at value resort?

I've read that deluxe room are available at the Disney Pop Century resort. Anyone know what's the difference between that and a standard room?

I think it is the view and the proximity to the food court and the bus stop. But from what I have been hearing all the buildings at POP are close.

There are preferred rooms. Just a regular room, but closer to the main building where the food court and bus stop is. It's $10/night more--some people think its worth it and others don't. I didn't have a preferred room and the location was still close to the main building.
