Deluxe Plan - is b'fast a TS or CS??

Ok, maybe I've missed it, but I can't find out in looking on these boards or on the disney web site which lists the deluxe dining, since it includes b'fast, it that a CS meal or TS?

From what I understand, it can be either.

You get three dining credits a day, and can use them as you like. So, if you wanted you could do three TS meals a day. Or, a CS and two TS. Or, a TS and a Signature restaurant (which still "cost" two credits).
