When you make your ADRs make sure the CM knows that you are on the DxDP. He or she should know this when they pull up your reservation at the 90 mark (assuming you are doing the 90+10) but if they don't mention it then you should.
If you make reservations for the places that normally require a credit card for either pre-payment or as a guarantee, you will still need to give them a credit card even though you are on the DxDP. However, they should not charge your credit card unless you don't show up for your reservation. Places like this are Hoop De Doo Musical Revue, Askerhaus (sp?), CRT, etc. Please note this process went smoothly for me -- i.e. I gave them a credit card to hold the reservation but it was not charged. However there have been several people on the boards whose CM apparently made a mistake and actually charged their credit card for the cost and they had to call and get it straightened out.
