We are doing the deluxe dining for one night at BWV. Right now we have the flying fish booked the night we checked in and le cellier booked for lunch the next day. My husband thinks we should eat at three 1 credit restaurants instead of a signature. Also, the day we check out, we are staying at BCV with the regular dining plan for 6 nights. Does anyone have any suggestions? I do like the idea of trying 3 places vs 2. Recommendations?

you correctly, you have the deluxe plan for one night or three TS credits and then the regular plan the following six nights for six TS credits.

First point Flying Fish is a very good restaurant so eating there is not a bad thing.

Second point, if my understanding of your plans is correct, you could add a dinner or breakfast the next day - depending on timing of your lunch - and will have used up only your first nights allocation of credits. That allows you to have two TS meals on one of your other.

I generally advise against the three meal approach because a) it's just so much food and b) it's a lot of time dining. That doesn't work so well for me but does for others.

I think it boils down to whether having one nicer (can't say necessarily quieter since FF can be bustling) meal or whether trying out an additional restaurant (or revisiting another favorite) is more worthwhile for your family. Where we are today, younger kids, I'd probably do the three meals. Now four or five years from now the answer may be different.
