First time on DDP! These are my ADRs: Good choices?

Tusker House Lunch- 1 credit
Ohana Dinner- 1 credit
Chef Mickeys- 1 credit
Garden Grill Lunch- 1
Minnie's Dine with Fantasmic- 1
Cinderella Royal Table -2
Hoop De Doo late show cat 1- 2

OOP: Be Our Guest lunch, Afternoon tea at the grand.

That's A LOT of food in three days, but you are saving money by using the DxDDP instead of OOP. Where are you fitting in the tea and BoG?

That's a lot of buffet and aycte I think. I like character meals but I think it's too much of that style.

I would definitely not plan three meals in any one day. You will often have to wait to be seated, and will end up spending close to 6 hours in restaurants. Keep in mind any character meal usually takes at least and hour from the time you are actually seated, sometimes quite a bit more, to get through all the characters. We do a lot of similar meals, but often as a late breakfast or early lunch and then dinner.

I'm not sure if you have kids - but mine enjoyed Mickey's BYBBQ much more than Hoop Dee Do. It is much more interactive - you actually get to DANCE with the characters!!!! Is Ohana the Spirit of Aloha? I haven't tried Garden Grill or Hollywood and Vine (We are going to H&V this time for the same meal) - but loved all your other choices last time we went.
