im getting a lot of different answers on this.

Im currently paying $24 (x3) a month for my deluxe AP, if i renew it when its up which isnt until march of next year, what price will i have to pay?

Some people say You have to pay the price increase and some have told me that if you renew before your pass has expired then you pay the same amount.

Thanks!

Sadly, you'll have to pay the new price. However there may be a slight discount for re-newing .. maybe $20 off?

I believe that if your pass expired within a month of the price increase, you could renew at the 'old' price, but that wouldn't be applicable in your situation.

PP is correct. Your pass doesn't expire to March 2013. So, you will have to pay the new price ($469 for Deluxe - $20 renewal discount = $449). Depending on whether you have parking on one of the passes, you might consider upgrading one pass to a premium for the discounts (if they still have them next year - currently 20% off merchandise and 15% off dining [deluxe is 10% for both]).
