Food is 15% (there are a few places that don't participate, like BurrBank ice cream in DCA and Royal St Veranda in DL), and merchandise is 10% (there are, again, places that don't participate though).

I spent a lot of time with the menus, figuring out what we would get and doing a bit 10% vs 15% calculation. And then my brain exploded and I stopped.
