Can anyone give me information about the area? My sister is selling her house and moving down there...somewhere in that vicinity. She wants to fly down in a few weeks to check out the area and find a rental. I would appreciate any info you could give me.

My cousin moved there last year with his wife and two DS. They had a home built (it looked lovely), and they seem quite happy with the area.

It's only about 45 minutes door to door to WDW and they got FL Resident season passes (they'll be meeting us there in November).

I'd never heard of Deltona before they moved there. Oddly there was a family murdered there shortly befroe they moved in.
