Delta Transportation Credit Voucher - UPDATED

Has anyone ever redeemed a Delta Transportation Credit Voucher? I have a couple I rec'd when I changed my flight per their wish. The rep told me I'd have to redeem it for a new ticket by going to the Delta ticket office, however, it says on the voucher it can be redeemed at a Delta ticket office OR AUTHORIZED TRAVEL AGENCY. Does this mean I could go to a local travel agency to have them book my flight, using this voucher? It would save me driving about 60 miles one way to the airport, even if I had to pay the travel agency a fee to make my ressie. Anyone ever do this?

FYI - Just wanted to let people know that these credit vouchers CAN be redeemed at a travel agency - you just have to find one that can use it. I just booked a trip to Las Vegas(figured I had to say been there, done that!)and a local travel agency was able to book my flight using the voucher. It cost me $20/tix for their fee, but it saved me having to drive 60+ miles one-way to the nearest airport to turn it in.

Your best bet would be call Delta & find out. I have done this many time, but I had to go to the airport to do so.

I to have the same voucher and travel agent was not able to do this for me, it has to be turned in at the airport. You can call Delta give them the voucher number and they will tell you how to use it.
