I personally would not book an air ticket through a 3rd party. IF there is an issue (schedule change, delay, etc) you could have problems getting it rectified.

Exactly.
I was going to post the same thing.
I do not ever suggest booking airfare with a 3rd party.
I am even very hesitant to book hotels with 3rd parties these days. It has to be a VERY steep discount. It’s just not worth the hassle if something goes wrong or if you have a change/delay.
But with airlines and all of their issues of late, no way in heck would I touch it for even a huge savIngs. Not worth any amount of money to deal with them in the event of a problem.

I actually canceled this morning and rebooked direct for both hotel and flights. I really wanted back at the Cromwell and was able to get flights and room at just a few hundred more. Plus, all Delta now.

Interesting. I flew Comfort Plus on 4 Delta flights in July/August. The bins were not labelled and the flight attendants were not nearby.

Hmmmm…I wonder if it is the route I am on? I travel it several times a year in C+ or First. CMH DTW LAS Reno. Way too many stops but I hate going through ATL.

There was one time that we were delayed and the plane was full and the bins were already closed. The FA took our carryons and stored in the closet between first and C+. Based on the size of the plane this isn’t always possible.
