I think it depends on the flight - we have seatback tv to Atlanta, but not to Cincinnati. Also, I agree that you should keep an eye on your connecting flight - last year, ours changed but because we booked through 3rd party agent, we were not informed - hence our Tampa - Atlanta flight was withdrawn, but we didn't know until we turned up to check in. They sorted it by sending us home via Cincinnati, but it's not the kind of panic you need at the end of a holiday.
All in all, I would fly with them if they came out cheaper, they are a decent enough airline. Just remember, as with most US carriers, you pay for alcohol onboard.
