When we remodeled our kitchen almost 10 years ago, we chose a Delta Kitchen faucet. It was pricier than some similar models, but not by much.

It came with a lifetime warranty. Last week a bracket wore out and the lever became very loose. Initially I looked at replacing the faucet, but after searching online and seeing the prices I decided to search online for my model/parts.

Called Delta, told them what I needed and they shipped it out free! Dh can fix it and I keep my $200 in my pocket!:goodvibes

This is the 2nd time, I've had to use the warranty in 10 years and both times it has been easy and no hassle.:wizard:
So Kudos to Delta!!:goodvibes

That's awesome. Glad they were able to keep the parts available.

Now just think, in 20 years when they no longer have the parts, you might wind up with a new one for free.

I wish you would have posted this last month before I bought a Moen faucet for our kitchen. It was the only one Lowe's had that matched our white sink. It's the biggest piece of junk I ever saw. I doubt it will last six months.

FYI, Moen has a lifetime warranty on their faucets as well...at least they did as of a few years ago.

Yes definitely call and check your warranty! Also you can return it to Lowe's though I know that doesnt help with your installation costs.

It's nice when companies honor their warranties without alot of hoops.

And Sandra, you are right!! My faucet was discontinued years ago, but Delta still stocks the parts. It was 1 of the first pull out models @ home depot.

Amazon has lots of models and reviews, so it's a good place to do research.

My Moen faucet had an issue after 7 years. Called and they sent us a replacement for free.

Kohler faucets also had a long warranty. We have been in our house for 10 1/2
years and developed a small drip that was slowly becoming a big drip. DH call ed and had different parts shipped to him to replace the leaky part. I think it took 3 sets of different parts to find the leaky ones and we never paid a cent for either the parts or the shipping. (Which we would have because I love the shape of the faucet and wanted to keep it anyways.) But we were very impressed with the customer service reps, very knowledgeable and very patient to help us find the leaky piece each time we called.

We have all Kohler faucets and toilets in our home. All Kohler faucets purchased after Jan 1, 1997 and installed in North America have a limited lifetime warranty against leaks and drips during normal residential use. They will send you out the part to repair the faucet free of charge as well. Depending on what finish you have on your faucet they also warrant that for a lifetime.
