Delta child fares?

Next year, we might visit WDW with my friends nephews. They will be 8 and 13 then. Just for planning, I went on the Delta website and tried to find out prices for child tickets. But on the booking screen, it just asks for the number of travelleres, not their ages.

Any ideas?

I think you have to call for child fares, however, they are a percent off of the full fare and usually the lowest internet fare is cheaper than any child fare.

Usually it isn't. If you are planning on booking the fully refundable, full price fares, then sure, check into youth fares. But if you are looking for the cheaper, non-refundable fares, then you aren't going to get any cheaper fare than those.

Not Delta specifically.... But the only time we made out better with a child's fare was one time when we flew Continental over President's week. The only fare category available on our dates was fully refundable and they offered 50% off that rate for a child under 2, which dd was at the time. Other than that we've always found the "supersaver" (do they still use that term) non-refundable fares to be cheaper. I think Continental also gave a hefty percentage off for under 2 because tecnhically she could've been a lap infant.
