Delta change fee

I see that Delta charges a $150 fee to make changes to a previously purchased ticket. I have already purchased our tickets for my family of 4. If I make changes would the charge be $150 or $150 X 4

$150 x 4.
I had to leave a conference early due to illness, no insurance, and they charged me $150 x 2 = $300.00 to come home 1 day early.
