Deliveries to Resorts

How does it normally work with deliveries to rooms with DVC. I think I read somewhere that the delivery is kept at the front desk. Is that true or will Bell services bring it to your room?

Are you talking about packages purchased in the parks? If so, I believe they go to the resort's store and you need your receipt to pick them up.

I also believe that packages are delivered to your room only on the concierge levels of the deluxe resorts.

Packages from couriers like UPS and Fedex go to the front desk. They in turn leave a message on your phone and you stop by the front desk to sign for it and pick it up. I've never used bell services to deliver a package from the front desk so I can't say whether or not they can do it. hope this helps.

For our trip last month we had ordered some things from disneyshopping.com and realized they would not get here before we left. I made SSR the shipping address and put it in care of me. When we checked in the package from UPS was there already (they had already noted it on our reservation and told us about it at the time of check in). I'm repeating myself, but you get the point - it's at the front desk - LOL!
