Deleting ONE person from CRT

I currently have a reservation for 4 people at CRT. My niece decided she doesn't want to go, so I have to cancel one person. Will I be able to do that without losing my reservation?

Also, we have the Deluxe Dining, but when I made the reservation I had to pay for it in full. What will happen to that money since we will be using TCs?

Not sure about the first part, there has been some success with Disney Dining being able to update an existing reservation to reduce the number. It's not 100% though, but that would certainly be my first path to go down.

As far as the 2nd, the card you had paid on will be refunded at the time of dining (though it may take a billing cycle or two to show up) and then the credits will be deducted from your pool. Make sure to save this receipt though, in case the refund doesn't show up (don't know if it's happened, but better to be safe than out $50 per person).

Definitely yes. I have been able - more than once - to remove a person from a CRT reservation without having to cancel and try for a new reservation.

You will not need to give a reason - just that you want to change the reservation from four to three. My refunds have always been processed promptly.
